However, for some particularly bulky products, it is necessary to contact us directly to receive instructions and a personalized quote via email. To find out the shipping cost, you can perform a simulation: just add the desired products to the cart, proceed to checkout, and enter the CAP (postcode) and destination province in the required fields.
DELIVERY TIMES
For each item in our catalog, we provide real-time updated information on availability in our warehouses. If the product is in stock, we will entrust it to the courier within 24/48 hours of receiving payment or the order. If the product is not immediately available, it can still be purchased: in this case, delivery times will be indicated directly on the product page, replacing the stock availability information. What if you order a quantity greater than what is available? For example, if product X has 100 units in stock and you order 150, the system will automatically calculate the procurement times for the missing goods and will show the estimated shipping date during checkout.

It is possible to pick up the goods directly at our warehouse. To arrange pickup, please contact us via email to receive information on the availability date. Pickup can be done with your own vehicle or through an appointed courier. If using a courier, please provide their name before pickup. We recommend waiting for email confirmation, which will include the ready-for-pickup notification and details on dimensions and weight. For products available in stock, preparation times are generally within 2 business days.
