Withdrawal and After-sales

Important Foreword

To ensure quick and effective assistance, any requests for withdrawal, replacement, or complaint must be submitted no later than 14 working days from the receipt of the goods.

In case of problems with the received goods, please:

  1. Send an email to info@mayermoover.com, specifying the reason for the return request.

  2. In case of defects or damage, attach clear and detailed photographs of the problem.

  3. After verification, Mayermoover will provide you via email with instructions for picking up the used goods.

  4. Once the replacement product is available, you will receive an email notification with the estimated delivery date.

Please note: We remind you that it is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods upon delivery, as indicated on the page Goods Inspection upon Unloading.


Withdrawal and Contractual Conditions

1.1. Buyer's Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract for a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the day on which they acquire physical possession of the goods. Withdrawal requests beyond this term will not be considered, as they are incompatible with the logistical processes adopted by Mayermoover S.r.l.

1.2. Method of Request

The withdrawal request must be communicated in writing to Mayermoover S.r.l. using one of the following methods:

  • Registered mail with return receipt

  • Email to info@mayermoover.com
    A copy of the purchase document must be attached to the request.

1.3. Costs

Shipping costs for returning the goods are at the consumer's expense, and will be automatically deducted from the amount to be refunded.

1.4. Refund Time and Method

The refund will be made within 14 working days from the communication of withdrawal, net of the penalty indicated above. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

1.5. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is expressly excluded in the following cases:

  • Personalized products: the purchased products have been clearly personalized;

  • Products that have been custom-made;

  • Products for which the exclusion of the right of withdrawal is expressly provided for in the relevant Product Sheet;

  • The consumer has specifically requested a visit by a Mayermoover professional for urgent repair or maintenance work.

1.6. Withdrawal for Consumer Buyers

Pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the Buyer qualified as a "Consumer" has the right to withdraw from the purchase, without obligation to provide a reason and net of the penalty stated in point 1.3, within 14 days of receiving the products.
In this case, the conditions stated above remain valid, as far as they are compatible with current legislation.
