The lithium battery safety cabinet model ARM001LITQ is a high-performance solution designed for the controlled storage of accumulators and fire-hazardous materials in industrial environments. Thanks to its reinforced structure and active protection systems, it represents a benchmark for safety in lithium battery storage according to the strictest European regulations.

The construction in electro-galvanized steel sheet with thicknesses up to 2 mm and anti-acid epoxy coating guarantees mechanical resistance and corrosion protection. The internal insulation is made with high-density panels resistant up to 800°C, combined with mineral fiber and calcium silicate, to ensure an effective thermal barrier even in extreme conditions.

The core of the system is the patented QUARANTINE device, which in case of fire automatically tilts the shelves, dropping the batteries into a lower water tank. This process allows for immediate cooling by immersion, drastically reducing the risk of fire spreading and spontaneous combustion.

Certified according to EN 14470-1 Type 90, the cabinet guarantees 90 minutes of fire resistance, offering a high level of protection for operators and work environments. The 70°C certified ventilation valves, anti-spark hinges, and thermo-expanding seal contribute to maintaining a controlled and safe environment even in critical situations.

Designed for intensive industrial use, the cabinet is equipped with 3 high-capacity perforated shelves and a palletized base for easy handling. It is the ideal solution for companies that need a certified, reliable, and compliant system for storing lithium batteries.
