The ARM001C modular chemical liquid cabinet is designed for the safe storage of chemical substances in industrial environments, laboratories, and manufacturing settings where high resistance to corrosive agents is required. The 1075x500x1850 mm structure ensures robustness, modularity, and compliance with current environmental regulations. The structure is made of P02 carbon steel sheet with a thickness of 10/10, subjected to high-temperature phosphodegreasing to improve coating adhesion and corrosion resistance. The finishing system uses a thick polyethylene-based thermoplastic coating, specifically designed to resist aggressive chemical agents, in RAL 5011 Blue. This chemical liquid cabinet is equipped with 3 adjustable heavy-duty shelves (100 kg) and a 27-liter watertight bottom collection sump, which ensures safe management of any accidental spills. Ventilation is provided by a system with 2 side grilles and one top grille with a flame arrester, prepared for recirculation or forced extraction. Structural safety is guaranteed by 6 mm zamak hinges, gaskets, and an earthing cable, which reduce electrostatic risk and improve operational stability. The ergonomic lock with a double key and anti-tamper rod closure ensures access control. The cabinet is supplied disassembled with a complete kit and assembly manual, facilitating transport and installation while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
