Linear crash barrier with intermediate crosspiece - 1500 x 900h mm

The protection arch with intermediate crossbar 1500 x 900h mm is an anti-collision and anti-trauma solution designed to protect doorways and exposed points over larger widths, where internal handling requires a clearly visible and structurally reliable barrier. The intermediate crossbar increases shielding and makes the protection more effective against accidental contact, helping to preserve pedestrian walkways, machinery and systems, walls, doors, sliding doors and freight elevators.

Entirely made of steel, with compact geometries and rounded profiles with no sharp edges, it guarantees a level of safety suitable for industrial environments. Serial production ensures dimensional uniformity and supply continuity over time. High-visibility finishes make the barrier immediately identifiable and help prevent accidental impacts in compliance with Legislative Decree 9 April 2008 n. 81 – Annex XXVIII. The structure is also modular, combinable with other posts and crash barriers to configure impact protection consistent with layout and workflows.

Fixing system

The impact protection ensures very high impact resistance. Fixing to the floor is done with injection chemical binder.
Installation involves: drilling the hole, cleaning, applying the chemical anchor, inserting the sleeve; once hardened, the protection is fixed with screws.

The product requires 4 ground fixing systems (not included). Compatible with M10x90, M10 and CH8x100 anchors.
