Linear crash barrier with intermediate crosspiece - 500 x 900 mm

This shock-absorbing protection with a middle crossbar is designed to increase shielding in areas exposed to accidental contact, offering a more "closed" barrier compared to classic linear arches. It is an effective anti-collision solution for protecting pedestrian crossings, machinery and systems, walls, doors, sliding doors, and freight elevators, also improving internal traffic management in warehouses and departments.

The structure is entirely made of steel, with compact shapes and rounded, edgeless profiles for greater safety. Serial production ensures uniform characteristics and long-term availability. The high-visibility finishes clearly indicate the presence of the barrier, helping to prevent accidental impacts in compliance with Legislative Decree 9 April 2008 n. 81 – Annex XXVIII. The element is also modular, so it can be combined with other bumper barriers and posts to create impact-resistant configurations consistent with layout and flows.

Mounting system

The anti-impact protections ensure very high impact resistance. Fixing to the floor is done with injection chemical binder.
Installation involves: drilling the hole, cleaning, applying the chemical anchor, inserting the bushing; once hardened, the protection is fixed with screws.

The product requires 4 ground fixing systems (not included). Compatible with M10x90, M10 and CH8x100 anchors.
