800x1200mm galvanized steel pallets are the ideal solution for industrial storage, logistics, and professional handling of heavy loads. Thanks to patented profiling technology (EP4230546), these metal pallets are lightweight, sturdy, and more durable than traditional wooden or plastic pallets.

The four-way structure and profiled design allow for easy handling with forklifts or pallet trucks. The galvanizing protects against corrosion, making the pallet easily washable and resistant to humidity and weather. The load capacity has been tested according to UNI EN ISO 8611: static load capacity up to 5,500 kg, dynamic load capacity up to 3,100 kg, and load capacity per shelf up to 1,900 kg (variable by number of axles).

Perfect for international shipping and automated warehouses, they do not require fumigation and, upon request , can also be produced in stainless steel for particularly harsh or corrosive environments. Thanks to the profiling process, they can be custom-made down to the millimeter, adapting to any industrial or logistical need.
