Linear modular protection - 1000 x 900h mm

The 1000 x 900h mm linear modular protection is a shock-absorbing solution designed to create a more extensive barrier along walls, openings, and sensitive points in industrial areas. It is ideal as a bumper barrier and anti-collision system to protect pedestrian walkways, machinery and systems, walls, corners, pillars, door frames, sliding doors, and freight elevators, also improving flow management and operational safety.

The Ø 60 mm tubular steel structure integrates a high-resistance base impact strip, designed to absorb concentrated horizontal impacts in the most stressed area. With a thickness of 10 mm and a height of 200 mm, the strip increases impact containment capacity and helps limit deformation in case of contact. The compact and rounded shapes with no sharp edges increase safety; series production ensures uniformity over time. High-visibility finishes support the prevention of accidental impacts in compliance with Legislative Decree 9 April 2008 n. 81 – Annex XXVIII. Being modular, the protection can be combined with posts and other shock-absorbing protections for linear or perimeter configurations.

Fastening system

The impact protections ensure very high impact resistance. Fastening to the floor is done with injection chemical binder.
Installation involves: drilling the hole, cleaning, applying the chemical anchor, inserting the sleeve; once hardened, the protection is fixed with screws.

The product requires 4 ground fixing systems (not included). Compatible with M12x125, M12 and CH10x100 anchors.
