Linear modular protection - 500 x 900h mm

The 500 x 900h mm linear modular barrier is an impact-resistant solution designed to protect sensitive points along walls and openings, with targeted action where impact is most likely. The compact, highly visible steel structure functions as a bumper barrier and anti-collision system for the protection of pedestrian walkways, machinery and systems, corners, pillars, door frames, sliding door leaves, and freight elevators.

Its distinctive feature is the base impact strip designed to absorb concentrated horizontal impacts: thanks to its 10 mm thickness and 200 mm height, the barrier is suitable for resisting high and repeated stresses in handling areas. The rounded, edge-free shapes increase safety; mass production ensures dimensional uniformity and long-term availability. The signage finishes improve obstacle perception and help prevent accidental impacts in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 81 of 9 April 2008 – Annex XXVIII. The solution is modular, making it combinable with posts and other impact protection systems for linear or perimeter configurations according to the layout.

Fixing system

The impact protection systems provide very high impact resistance. Fixing is done to the floor with injection chemical binder.
Installation involves: drilling the hole, cleaning, applying the chemical anchor, inserting the sleeve; once hardened, the protection is fixed with screws.

The product requires 2 ground fixing systems (not included). Compatible with M12x125, M12 and CH10x100 anchors.
