Mobile linear modular protection - 1000 x 900h mm

The 1000 x 900h mm mobile swing barrier gate is an impact protection barrier designed for the safety of plants and machinery and for delimiting operational areas where an openable yet protected passage is required. The gate structure creates a highly visible anti-collision barrier that reduces the risk of accidental impacts and helps manage access and flows near sensitive areas.

Made of Ø 60 tubular steel with a high-resistance impact strip, it integrates a steel base plate with a special high-impact resistance stop pin. Movement is guided by a guide pin with a nylon bearing, designed to assist with opening and closing. The manual lock/unlock system allows the protection to be secured in position during use and quickly unlocked when needed. Robust, compact, and modular, it can be combined with posts, impact barriers, and other impact protection systems; the safety finishes support impact prevention in compliance with Legislative Decree 9 April 2008 n. 81 – Annex XXVIII.

Fastening system

Impact protection systems ensure very high impact resistance. Fastening to the floor is done with chemical injection binder.
Installation involves: drilling the hole, cleaning, applying the chemical anchor, inserting the sleeve; once hardened, the protection is fixed with screws.

The product requires 4 ground fastening systems (not included). Compatible with M12x125, M12 and CH10x100 anchors.
