Interlocking metal shelving designed for medium-duty systems with a continuous support surface.
The structure consists of uprights, beams, and panels, all made from steel strips profiled with technical features that ensure high strength, stability, and flexibility of use.
It is recommended to position the first shelf at a height no greater than 700 mm from the ground.

- Maximum bay load capacity: 4000 kg (with shelf spacing of 600 mm and first shelf max 200 mm from the ground)

Additional module configuration
The additional module consists of:
- 1 side frame
- Desired number of shelves
It must always be installed by hooking it directly to the previous module, of the same depth, with which it will share the side frame.
Compatibility with base module
This item is an additional module and necessarily requires the presence of a base module for the correct installation of the shelving.
Calculation of total system width
To determine the overall dimensions of the shelving, consider:
- +120 mm fixed for the base module
- +50 mm for each additional module installed
It is recommended to maintain an adequate technical margin to compensate for any irregularities in orthogonality between the floor and walls.
Assembly and safety
- Use the supplied anchors for floor fixing, checking the consistency of the slab beforehand.
- Before placing the sheet metal panels of the shelf, insert the supplied safety accessory into the pair of holes located under the horizontal crossbeams.
- For better insertion, slightly bend the rod into a "V" shape in the center to ensure greater grip before positioning the panels.
Note on regulatory classification and declared capacities
MM50 shelving falls into Class 3 (according to current regulations) in order not to be subject to seismic parameters despite having superior load capacity performance as reported in the product sheet. In case of explicit request, MAYERMOOVER can certify the actual capacities with a table, seismically dimensioning the structure with the required parameters and adjusting the cost accordingly. In this case, the technical development times and delivery process will be revised.
This classification is for regulatory purposes only and does not reduce the structural performance of the product.
The declared capacities represent the official usage values:
- Capacity per level: 200 kg (uniformly distributed)
- Maximum capacity per bay: 1000 kg total
The product is designed for industrial use and is dimensioned to guarantee robustness and reliability in compliance with the values indicated above.
