Safety does not end with installation: Legislative Decree 81/08 and UNI EN 15635 standards require an annual periodic inspection by expert technicians to verify structural integrity, preventing collapses due to impacts or accidental overloads.

Modular shelving offers maximum flexibility thanks to interlocking systems that allow shelf height to be adjusted without the need for tools. They are ideal for manual picking, archiving, and storing small items. To optimize space, it is possible to utilize the warehouse height with multi-level configurations or walkways. The choice of material (galvanized for general warehouses, painted for offices, or stainless steel for food environments) ensures long-lasting durability, allowing the system to evolve with the company's storage needs.

Ladders for professional use must comply with European standard EN 131. This ensures that the ladder has been tested for high loads (usually up to 150 kg) and is equipped with accidental opening prevention devices, non-slip feet, and ergonomically designed steps. For extended work at height, it is preferable to use platform stepladders with a platform and handrail, which offer superior stability and allow the operator to have their hands free to work safely, drastically reducing the risk of falls from height.

Stainless steel shelving units are indispensable in sterile environments, clean rooms, or cold storage cells, as they do not rust and are easy to clean. They are ideal for the HoReCa and healthcare sectors. Galvanized shelving units, on the other hand, offer excellent corrosion protection in industrial warehouses, workshops, or outdoors (under a canopy), thanks to the hot-dip galvanizing process that protects the metal from oxidation.
