Interlocking metal shelving ideal for creating medium-duty systems with a continuous support surface.
The structure consists of:
- Uprights (vertical frames)
- Beams
- Sheet metal panels
All elements are made from profiled steel strips with technical features that ensure robustness, stability, and configuration flexibility.

It is recommended to place the first shelf at a height not exceeding 700 mm from the ground.
Modular configuration
The shelving is configurable via:
🔹 Base module
Composed of:
- 2 vertical frames
- Desired number of shelves
It can be integrated with one or more additional modules.
🔹 Additional module
Allows the structure to be extended in length by joining it to the base module.
Calculation of total width
To determine the overall dimensions, consider:
- +120 mm fixed for the base module
- +50 mm for each additional module inserted
It is also advisable to allow for an adequate technical margin to compensate for any irregularities between the floor and walls.
Assembly and safety
- Always use the supplied anchors for floor fixing, checking the consistency of the slab.
- Before laying the sheet metal shelf panels, insert the supplied safety accessory into the pair of holes located under the horizontal crossbars.
- To facilitate insertion, slightly bend the rod into a "V" shape in the center to ensure greater hold before positioning the panels.
Note on regulatory classification and declared capacities
The MM50 shelving falls into Class 3 (according to current regulations) in order not to be subject to seismic parameters despite having superior load performance as stated in the product sheet. In case of explicit request, MAYERMOOVER can certify the actual capacities with a table, seismically sizing the structure with the requested parameters and adjusting the cost. In this case, the technical development times and delivery process will be reviewed.

The declared capacities represent the official usage values:
- Capacity per shelf: 200 kg (uniformly distributed)
- Maximum capacity per bay: 1000 kg total
