Linear crash barrier with intermediate crosspiece - 1200 x 900h mm

The 1200 x 900 mm protective arch with intermediate crosspiece is an impact and collision protection solution suitable for larger openings and fronts, where it is useful to increase the screening compared to a standard arch. The intermediate crosspiece improves the continuity of the barrier and makes the solution more effective in protecting pedestrian passages , machinery and systems , walls , doors , sliding doors and goods lifts in internal traffic areas.

The structure is entirely made of steel , compact in shape and with rounded profiles and no sharp edges for greater safety. Mass production guarantees uniform characteristics and availability over time. The high-visibility finishes help indicate the presence of the protection and prevent accidental impacts, in compliance with Legislative Decree 9 April 2008 n. 81 – Annex XXVIII . From a layout perspective, the solution is modular and can be combined with other posts and crash barriers to create anti-trauma protections consistent with flows and spaces.

Fixing system

The impact protectors ensure very high impact resistance. They are fixed to the floor using an injected chemical binder.
Installation involves drilling the hole, cleaning it, applying the chemical anchor, and inserting the socket. Once hardened, the protection is secured with screws.
