The extendable arm with upright and container panel is a compact and intelligent solution for optimizing the organization of small parts, screws and components in professional workstations. Designed for industrial, logistics and assembly applications, it frees up space on benches or trolleys by offering a tidy and always accessible system for managing materials.
The system consists of an extendable arm in anodized aluminum , hooked to a vertical upright that allows installation at various heights. The anthracite gray painted sheet metal panel (RAL 7016) is equipped with two hooking bars to accommodate up to 7 Picking Box containers with a hopper opening , ideal for quickly separating and identifying the different types of small parts.
Thanks to the adjustable fixing plate , the panel can be installed in different positions on the upright and oriented up to 240° , offering the operator maximum ergonomics and visibility. The robust and well-balanced structure guarantees stability even in high-paced work environments.
It is an ideal solution for creating optimized and customized Lean workstations, reducing picking times and improving material management.
