General information

The Mayermoover electro-welded mesh container, with a capacity of 1500 kg and a RAL 7010 grey finish, is designed to meet the storage needs of heavy or bulky materials in the most demanding industrial contexts.

Reinforced structure for heavy loads

Compared to the standard line, this model is more robust thanks to the thicker mesh and larger wire diameter , ideal for use in intensive production environments. The side ears with holes facilitate handling, even by crane.

Visual inspection and logistics optimization

The regular mesh allows for an immediate view of the contents , promoting efficient warehouse management even when stacked on multiple levels. This solution simplifies logistics and improves inventory control.

Certified materials and traceable production

All containers are made of S235JR or higher quality steel , with traceable materials and supplies compliant with UNI EN ISO 9001 standards. Upon request, it is possible to obtain load capacity and stackability certification (1 + 2) for each individual model.

Customizable finishes and colors

In addition to the RAL 7010 paint, you can choose between different finishes:

• Epoxy powder coating

• Single/two-component liquid paint

• Hot or cold galvanizing

• Other RAL colors available upon request and minimum quantities

Custom- made containers are also available to suit the customer's specific needs.

Optional extras available

Optional accessories include:

• Custom branding through cold stamping

• A4 or A5 card holder (galvanized or painted)

• Self-adhesive label with tare and hectogram

• Retailer's adhesive brand

• Nylon or vulkollan wheels on dedicated frame
