General information

The Mayermoover electro-welded mesh container, with a capacity of 1500 kg , is the ideal solution for the safe storage of bulky or heavy materials that require a solid and reliable structure .

Reinforced design for industrial applications

This version is made with increased thicknesses and thicker mesh wire than the standard line, ensuring superior sturdiness even for heavy-duty use. The holes at the ends of the ears allow for safe handling by crane , expanding operational possibilities in warehouses and production facilities.

Efficient management and visibility of content

The electro-welded mesh with regular mesh allows for immediate visual inspection of the contents , even when stacked multiple times. This facilitates inventory management and optimizes warehouse space.

Certified materials and quality production

Each container is made of S235JR steel or higher, supplied by companies certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001 standards. Our technicians are able to issue load capacity and stackability certifications (1 + 2) using advanced software systems.

Custom finishes and a wide range of RAL colors

Upon request, the containers can be finished with:

• Epoxy powder coating

• Single/two-component liquid paint

• Cold or hot galvanizing

• Any RAL colour , including the classic RAL 5010 blue (subject to availability and minimum quantities)

Custom sizes are also available based on the customer's logistical and operational needs.

Optional extras available

• A4 or A5 card holder (painted or galvanized)

• Adhesive label with tare and hectogram
