The AER110 is a portable mechanical filtration extractor , designed to effectively remove fumes generated during welding. It supports various applications, including MIG/MAG, pulsed MIG/MAG, MMA and TIG.
Thanks to its painted steel structure, the vacuum cleaner offers high resistance to accidental impacts resulting from daily use. The compact design, low weight and practical handle facilitate transport and movement.
It features a 3.3m flexible hose with a plastic suction nozzle, complete with magnet for stable attachment to metal surfaces.
The filtering system consists of a spark-proof metal pre-filter, a cartridge filter that can be replaced every 500 hours of work and an activated carbon filter, which should only be changed in the event of bad odors.
Designed for the extraction of fumes from non-oily welding processes , it is ideal for use in closed or hard-to-reach environments.
Original Air Service filters are certified and compliant with CEN 779, EUROVENT 4/4 and CEN EN 1822 regulations.
