Designed for those seeking a superior level of ergonomics, robustness and resistance to external agents, the GS EVO 25 GALVANIZED pallet truck has been designed to guarantee high performance even in humid or corrosive environments , such as the food and chemical industries or outdoor logistics.
The frame is treated with hot-dip galvanization , while all other components are protected by a GEOMET® coating, which ensures high resistance to humidity and oxidation , prolonging the life of the pallet truck even in complex operating conditions.
The hydraulic unit is also coated in GEOMET® and designed with a monolithic design : a solid pump body in a single piece, with integrated oil tank , capable of effectively protecting the internal components from accidental damage. Machined with CNC machines, it reaches high precision tolerances and guarantees reliability over time.
The chromed piston and oil seal provide additional protection against corrosion and prevent oil leaks during use. The pressure relief valve safeguards the integrity of the pallet truck and the safety of the operator in the event of overload.
The proportional descent valve allows accurate control of the lowering speed, making the GS EVO GALVANIZED also suitable for handling fragile materials such as glass, ceramic or crystal.
As with the entire EVO range, the ergonomic 3D steering system ensures a natural and comfortable grip from every angle, reducing fatigue during frequent manoeuvres. The forks with entry and exit rollers facilitate lifting even on pallets with side crosspieces, while the polyurethane wheels and rollers ensure smoothness and stability even on delicate surfaces.
