Thanks to the 3D grip , use is natural and comfortable from any position, reducing fatigue during repeated maneuvers. The structure is designed for continuous use even over long shifts, ensuring fluidity and reactivity in every phase of movement.

The proportional descent system allows you to precisely adjust the load lowering speed, improving control even with delicate materials. The forks with integrated rollers facilitate positioning on pallets with lateral slats, making each operation faster and more effective.

The non-marking polyurethane rollers and wheels , optimised for noise reduction, offer smooth, surface-friendly sliding without sacrificing durability.

PIEK CERTIFIED

The GS SILENCE is certified according to the PIEK standard , recognized at European level for equipment operating with emissions below 60 dB(A) . This standard, developed in the Netherlands to reduce noise pollution in city centers during night-time deliveries, ensures that the pallet truck can be used in residential areas , supermarkets and sensitive contexts without disturbance.

To obtain this certification, the pallet truck is equipped with:

• Triple rollers in soft polyurethane (75 Shore)

• Reinforced and silent tie rods

• Galvanized shoes with precision tolerances

• Pins machined to tight tolerance

Additionally, plastic bushings have been applied to the metal-to-metal joints to reduce vibrations, and a rubber steering wheel is fitted as standard to reduce noise on any surface. The modified handle is equipped with a rubber-coated chain , further guaranteeing silence.
