Optional features such as the manual brake or special wheels allow for tackling particular operating situations, such as inclined or uneven surfaces, thus offering maximum safety and control .

High performance hydraulic group

The heart of the GS EVO SPECIAL is a single-body cast iron hydraulic unit , with integrated oil tank , which protects the internal components and resists the most severe stresses. Numerical control (CNC) machining guarantees precise tolerances and durability over time.

Safety features include a maximum pressure valve , for protection against overloads, and a proportional descent valve , which allows the load lowering speed to be precisely modulated. This allows for safe use even with delicate materials , such as ceramic, crystal or glass.

The chrome-plated piston rod and reinforced oil seal help prevent premature wear and oil leaks, even under heavy use.

Ease of use and technical features

The GS EVO SPECIAL is equipped as standard with directional wheels and loading rollers in polyurethane , a resistant, non-marking and silent material, which allows excellent manoeuvrability even on delicate or sensitive surfaces.

The forks are equipped with entry and exit rollers , designed to facilitate gripping the pallet with lower crosspieces and to protect the main rollers, ensuring smoother and less wear-inducing operation.

The innovative 3D ergonomic steering improves the operator's posture while pushing, thanks to large angled side areas that ensure a natural and comfortable grip. The design reduces effort even during extended shifts, improving work efficiency.

The metal components of the frame are treated with a polyester powder coating cycle, carried out at 250 °C, after careful cleaning and degreasing. This ensures high resistance to atmospheric agents, abrasion and corrosion .

Finally, the connection between the wheelhouse and the pump unit is made via two fully welded joints , guaranteeing structural solidity even in the most demanding operating conditions.
