The GS EVO SPECIAL is the professional solution for the manual handling of loads on non-standard pallets, designed for intensive and continuous use . Thanks to the availability of different frame configurations , including the version with lowered forks , it is able to easily handle even pallets with reduced entry height , particularly widespread in specific industrial contexts.

High-level construction and hydraulic technology

The pallet truck is equipped with a monolithic cast iron hydraulic unit , with integrated oil tank , designed to protect the components from impacts and stresses. Numerical control (CNC) manufacturing guarantees construction precision, reliability and long life.

Equipped with a chromed piston rod and a high-tight oil seal , the GS EVO SPECIAL ensures corrosion resistance and optimal oil sealing. The maximum pressure valve prevents overloads, protecting the operator and the machine, while the proportional descent valve allows the forks to be lowered smoothly. This level of control is particularly useful when handling delicate loads , such as glass, ceramic materials or precision items.

Standard equipment and operating comfort

The GS EVO SPECIAL is supplied with polyurethane directional wheels and load rollers , which ensure silent, smooth and non-marking movement, also suitable for sensitive surfaces. The forks are equipped with entry and exit rollers , which facilitate the grip of pallets with lower slats and protect the main rollers from wear and stress.

One of the strong points is the 3D ergonomic helm , designed to ensure a comfortable grip from every angle. The large inclined lateral grip surfaces offer a natural working position, reducing fatigue and improving precision in movements.

All metal surfaces are treated with a complete cycle of washing, degreasing and polyester powder coating , cooked at 250 °C, to guarantee resistance to atmospheric agents, humidity and wear .

The connection between the steering system and the pump unit is welded via two reinforced joints , which ensure robustness and structural stability even in the most demanding applications.
