Hydraulic components designed to last

The heart of the GS EVO SPECIAL is its high-performance hydraulic unit , developed with particular attention to detail and durability over time:

• The one-piece pump body is made of high-strength cast iron , with integrated oil reservoir , and is CNC machined to precision tolerances that protect internal components from stress and accidental damage.

• The chrome plated piston rod and high-tightness oil seal provide an effective barrier against corrosion and oil leaks.

• The maximum pressure valve ensures protection of the operator and the truck in the event of overload, while the proportional lowering valve allows a controlled lowering of the forks, ideal for transporting fragile loads such as glass, ceramics or delicate components.

Standard technical equipment

The GS EVO SPECIAL is equipped with selected components to ensure operational comfort , precision in movements and resistance to wear :

• The directional wheels and load rollers in non-marking polyurethane ensure smooth and silent movement, also compatible with delicate flooring.

• Infeed and outfeed rollers facilitate access to pallets with lower slats, minimizing impact on the main rollers and extending their life.

• The exclusively designed 3D ergonomic helm improves posture and reduces fatigue thanks to large lateral grip areas designed for efficient and natural thrust.

• The frame is painted with polyester powders at high temperatures (250 °C) after washing and degreasing, ensuring superior protection against wear and tear and atmospheric agents .

• The installation of the steering system is quick and safe thanks to a connection system with two fully welded joints , which ensure a robust seal even in the most demanding working conditions.
