The heart of the GS EVO SPECIAL is the monolithic hydraulic unit , built in high-strength cast iron and equipped with an integrated oil tank . This element is machined with numerically controlled (CNC) machines , so as to ensure absolute precision and protection from impacts, deformations and premature wear.

The chromed piston rod and oil seal provide an effective barrier against oxidation and ensure oil tightness even with intensive use. The presence of the maximum pressure valve protects the operator and the machine in the event of overload, while the proportional descent valve allows the load lowering speed to be precisely modulated. This function is particularly useful for the safe handling of fragile materials such as glass, ceramics and delicate products.

The GS EVO SPECIAL includes a standard equipment designed to offer maneuverability, resistance and durability over time:

• The directional wheels and load rollers in non-marking polyurethane guarantee smooth and silent sliding on all types of surfaces, even the most sensitive ones.

• The entry and exit rollers , positioned on the forks, facilitate manoeuvring on pallets with lower crosspieces, lightening the load on the main rollers and prolonging their operating efficiency.

• The 3D ergonomic wheelhouse , developed with an exclusive design, includes large inclined lateral grip areas , which improve the operator's posture and reduce physical effort during pushing.

• All metal components are subjected to a polyester powder coating cycle , carried out at 250°C after careful washing and degreasing, to guarantee excellent protection against wear, scratches and atmospheric agents .

• The steering system features two welded joints that ensure a stable, solid and long-lasting connection even in the most demanding applications. Installation is simple, fast and designed to reduce machine downtime.
