HX10M - Manual Scissor Lift - fork size 2000 x 540 mm

The HX10M is a manual scissor lift designed to offer maximum functionality in workspaces where ergonomics and safety are essential . Thanks to the capacity of 1000 kg and the possibility of adjusting the height of the platform from 400 to 800 mm , the trolley allows the operator to adapt the workstation according to the type of activity, reducing physical effort and improving efficiency in loading/unloading processes.

Ideal for workshops, production departments and assembly lines , the HX10M model can also be used as a mobile workbench , allowing for smoother and safer material handling.

Functional design with 3D ergonomic wheelhouse

The 3D ergonomic helm is one of the distinctive features of the HX10M. Designed to offer a comfortable and natural grip , it features large inclined side surfaces , which allow the operator to maintain a correct posture of the wrists and arms , reducing fatigue and improving control during use.

The connection between the wheelhouse and the pump is made with two fully welded joints , a structural solution that ensures maximum solidity even in the most demanding conditions of use , without compromising the speed of installation.

High performance hydraulic system

The heart of the HX10M is its monolithic design hydraulic unit , made of cast iron with an integrated reservoir , for superior shock resistance and long-lasting protection of the internal components. The CNC machining of the pump body ensures precise and reliable construction.

• The chrome-plated piston rod and high-tightness oil seal prevent oil leakage and protect the system from corrosion.

• The steel tank gives further solidity to the overall structure, prolonging its life over time.

The hydraulic circuit is equipped with:

• Maximum pressure valve , which intervenes in the event of overload, interrupting lifting to protect the integrity of the forklift and the safety of the operator.

• Proportional descent valve , which allows the forks to be lowered in a controlled manner, making the HX10M also suitable for handling fragile loads such as glass, ceramics or delicate components.

Intelligent stability for high altitude operations

One of the key elements of the HX10M is the automatic stabilization system:

• The front stabilizers , combined with forward-positioned load rollers , ensure safe support during handling.

• The rear stabilisers activate automatically as soon as the platform exceeds 400 mm in height , keeping the load perfectly balanced even at the highest points.

Furthermore, the front leverage system allows the truck to be slightly raised to easily access the closed side of the pallets , making insertion easier and improving the fluidity of operations.

Durable finish for industrial environments

To ensure long-lasting durability and resistance to external agents, all metal components of the HX10M are subjected to a professional surface treatment: washing, degreasing and polyester powder coating , followed by baking at 250 °C . The result is a surface resistant to abrasion , corrosion and atmospheric agents , perfect for even demanding industrial environments.
