AC motor and ZAPI control: maximum efficiency, minimum maintenance

The heart of the LX trolley is the reliable three-phase AC motor , controlled by ZAPI electronics. This combination ensures:

Advanced ergonomics: proportional rudder and controls

The new ergonomic rudder is made of technopolymer and is designed to improve comfort and handling. Includes:

• Accelerator

• Proportional controls for fork lifting/lowering

• Safety button and horn

• Turtle mode for slow and precise movements with rudder in vertical position

• Digital display with hour meter and battery charge status indicator

Designed to work in small spaces

With an overall width of just 800mm , the LX is perfect for use in narrow aisles , compact racking and areas where visibility and stability are key. The wide mast and lateral tiller position provide the operator with an excellent field of vision .

Separate battery compartment with easy access

The trolley is equipped with a separate battery compartment , compatible with traction batteries from 225Ah to 300Ah . The hinged lid makes inspection and maintenance operations simple. The automatic refill system is also available as an option. Charging is quick and convenient thanks to the Anderson socket for high-frequency chargers .

Folding operator platform (optional)

For medium-distance or extended-duty logistics applications, the foldable operator platform is available. This solution increases comfort and reduces operator fatigue during transport.

High visibility mast

The mast has been optimised to ensure great front visibility , with an integrated height indicator for constant visual control of the fork lift level. This reduces the risk of errors and increases operational safety.
