General information
The industrial aerial maintenance platform , constructed from carbon steel profiles painted RAL 5010 (gentian blue), a sheet metal base, and galvanized wire mesh coverings, accommodates technical personnel and allows for inspections, tests, and maintenance of systems at height within industrial warehouses or outdoors. This forklift-mounted aerial platform is designed for temporary work at height and is intended for use only with a forklift certified for lifting personnel , compliant with current regulations.
The forklift basket 's load-bearing structure features handling and safety devices, while the equipment includes a spring-loaded access door with a safety edge, a non-slip mat on the bottom, a tool tray, and an opening top shutter. The RAL 5010 color gives the structure a professional, highly visible look, suitable for modern industrial environments, improving recognition and operational safety.
The equipment allows an operator to be housed inside its compartment and lifted by an industrial forklift , making it a safe elevating platform for temporary technical interventions.
The lifting maintenance platform is equipped with the following protection and safety devices :

This standardized platform for lifting people is a piece of equipment for maintenance at height that can be used for temporarily lifting workers with forklifts and lift trucks originally designed for handling goods. Its use is permitted in Italy only in exceptional circumstances , in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/2008 , specifically point 3.1.4 of Annex VI, which establishes its use "...provided that adequate safety measures have been taken, in accordance with good practice provisions that require appropriate monitoring of the equipment used and the recording of such monitoring."
