Modular corner protection - 520 x 520 x 900h mm

The 520 x 520 x 900h mm modular corner protection is an impact-resistant and anti-collision solution designed to specifically protect corners, edges, door frames, and recesses where impacts are most likely to occur during maneuvers. The L-shaped configuration allows for two-sided protection and creates an effective anti-trauma barrier for safeguarding structures and sensitive assets.

Made of Ø 60 mm tubular steel, it integrates a high-resistance base bumper strip that enhances protection in areas most exposed to contact. The compact forms and rounded profiles without sharp edges increase safety, while mass production ensures uniform characteristics and long-term availability. Thanks to its high-visibility finishes, it clearly signals its presence and helps prevent accidental impacts in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 81 of 9 April 2008 – Annex XXVIII. The structure is modular, making it combinable with posts and bumper barriers for flexible configurations based on the layout.

Fixing system

The impact protections ensure very high impact resistance. Fixing to the floor is done with injection chemical binder.
Installation involves: drilling the hole, cleaning, applying the chemical anchor, inserting the sleeve; once hardened, the protection is fixed with screws.

The product requires 4 ground fixing systems (not included). Compatible with M12x125, M12, and CH10x100 anchors.
