Product Description
The 1200 x 900h mm linear modular protection is a high-resistance impact protection designed to cover longer stretches and secure exposed walls, openings, and structures. Used as a buffer barrier and anti-collision system, it is suitable for protecting pedestrian walkways, machinery and systems, walls, corners, pillars, door frames, sliding door panels, and freight elevators, helping to reduce damage and operational downtime.
The Ø 60 mm tubular steel structure integrates a high-resistance base impact strip, designed to absorb concentrated horizontal impacts in the most stressed area. The strip has a thickness of 10 mm and a height of 200 mm, allowing it to handle significant impacts while maintaining stability and performance over time. The compact and rounded shapes without sharp edges improve safety; series production ensures uniformity and availability. High-visibility finishes support the prevention of accidental impacts in compliance with Legislative Decree 9 April 2008 n. 81 – Annex XXVIII. In addition, the solution is modular and can be combined with posts and other impact protections for linear and perimeter configurations according to the layout.

Fixing system
The impact protections ensure very high impact resistance. Fixing to the floor is done with injection chemical binder.
Installation involves: drilling the hole, cleaning, applying the chemical anchor, inserting the sleeve; once hardened, the protection is fixed with screws.
The product requires 4 ground fixing systems (not included). Compatible with M12x125, M12 and CH10x100 anchors.
