Linear modular protection - 1500 x 900h mm

The 1500 x 900h mm linear modular protection is an impact protection designed to cover long stretches and continuously protect areas exposed to handling impacts. Used as a bumper barrier and anti-collision system, it is suitable for protecting pedestrian walkways, machinery and systems, walls, corners, pillars, door frames, sliding door leaves and hoists, reducing repetitive damage to structures and sensitive assets.

The structure in Ø 60 mm tubular steel integrates a high-resistance base impact strip, designed to absorb concentrated horizontal impacts in the most stressed area. The strip, with 10 mm thickness and 200 mm height, can handle significant impacts while maintaining stability and performance. The compact and rounded shapes without sharp edges improve safety; mass production guarantees dimensional uniformity and availability over time. High-visibility finishes help prevent accidental impacts in compliance with Legislative Decree 9 April 2008 n. 81 – Annex XXVIII. The solution is modular, combinable with posts and other impact protections for linear and perimeter configurations consistent with the layout.

Mounting system

Impact protections ensure very high impact resistance. Fixing is done to the floor with injection chemical binder.
Installation involves: drilling the hole, cleaning, applying the chemical anchor, inserting the bushing; once hardened, the protection is fixed with screws.

The product requires 5 ground fixing systems (not included). Compatible with M12x125, M12 and CH10x100 anchors.
