Product Description
The mobile crash barrier gate 1500 x 900h mm is an impact protection designed to secure systems and machinery on wider openings, where practical but protected access is needed. The gate structure creates a high-visibility anti-collision barrier that helps prevent accidental impacts and correctly delimit sensitive areas in the department or technical area.
The solution is made of Ø 60 tubular steel with a high-resistance impact strip. The steel base plate integrates a special high-impact resistance stop pin and a guide pin with a nylon bearing to accompany the opening/closing movement. The manual lock/unlock system allows the barrier to be kept in position during operation and to quickly free the passage when necessary. Robust, compact and modular, it can be combined with posts, crash barriers and other impact protections; the signal finishes support impact prevention in compliance with Legislative Decree 9 April 2008 n. 81 – Annex XXVIII.

Fastening system
The impact protections ensure very high impact resistance. Fastening to the floor is done with injection chemical binder.
Installation involves: drilling the hole, cleaning, applying the chemical anchor, inserting the sleeve; once hardened, the protection is fixed with screws.
The product requires 5 ground fastening systems (not included). Compatible with M12x125, M12 and CH10x100 anchors.
