Mobile linear modular protection - 800 x 900h mm

This mobile safety gate is an impact protection device designed to secure installations, machinery, and operational areas where controlled access is needed without sacrificing physical protection. The swing gate structure creates a highly visible anti-collision barrier, useful for preventing accidental contact with vehicles and equipment, and for quickly and neatly delimiting sensitive areas.

It is made of Ø 60 tubular steel with a high-strength impact strip. Movement is guided by a guide pin with a nylon bearing, while the steel base plate integrates a special high-impact stop pin. The manual lock/unlock system allows the barrier to be kept in position during use and to open the passage when necessary. Robust, compact, and modular, it integrates with posts, safety barriers, and other impact protection devices to configure routes and machine areas in compliance with Legislative Decree 9 April 2008 n. 81 – Annex XXVIII, thanks to its high-visibility finishes.

Fixing system

Impact protection systems ensure very high impact resistance. Fixing to the floor is done with injection chemical binder.
Installation involves: drilling the hole, cleaning, applying the chemical anchor, inserting the bushing; once hardened, the protection is fixed with screws.

The product requires 4 ground fixing systems (not included). Compatible with M12x125, M12 and CH10x100 anchors.
