Product Description
The 500 x 200h mm linear separator is a compact impact protection barrier designed to delineate and safeguard areas exposed to low-level impacts. Used as a bumper barrier and separation system, it is suitable for protecting walls, panels, racking bases, machinery, and structures at floor level, reducing repetitive damage caused by pallet jacks, trolleys, and light handling equipment.
The structure is made of high-strength impact-resistant steel, with an "L"-shaped protective element and 10 mm thickness, designed to absorb impacts in the most stressed area at ground level. The compact profile allows for discreet integration into existing layouts, maintaining high structural robustness and continuous protection along linear sections. The compact and rounded shapes without sharp edges improve safety; serial production ensures dimensional uniformity and long-term availability. High-visibility finishes help prevent accidental impacts in compliance with Legislative Decree 9 April 2008 n. 81 – Annex XXVIII.

Fixing system
Impact protection barriers ensure very high impact resistance. Fixing is done to the floor with injection chemical binder.
Installation involves: drilling the hole, cleaning, applying the chemical anchor, inserting the sleeve; once hardened, the protection is fixed with screws.
The product requires 2 ground fixing systems (not included). Compatible with M12x125, M12 and CH10x100 anchors.
