Product Description
The 500 x 200 mm linear separator is a compact impact protection system designed to delimit and protect areas exposed to low-level impacts. Used as a crash barrier and separation system, it is suitable for protecting walls, paneling, shelving bases, systems, and floor-level structures, reducing repetitive damage caused by pallet trucks, trolleys, and light handling equipment.
The structure is made of highly impact-resistant steel , with a 10 mm thick L-shaped protective element, designed to intercept impacts in the most stressed area at ground level. The compact profile allows for discreet integration into the existing layout, maintaining high structural strength and continuity of protection along the linear sections. The compact, rounded shapes without sharp edges improve safety; mass production guarantees dimensional uniformity and availability over time. The high-visibility finishes help prevent accidental impacts in compliance with Legislative Decree 9 April 2008 n. 81 – Annex XXVIII .

Fixing system
The impact guards ensure very high impact resistance, thanks also to the fastening system included in the supply. They are fixed to the floor using special internally threaded sockets (M10 – M12 – M16) secured with chemical injection anchors.
Installation involves drilling the hole, cleaning it, applying the chemical anchor, and inserting the socket. Once hardened, the protection is secured with screws.
