HPRC2500 Resin Case

Lightweight , completely watertight and indestructible resin case, equipped with a customizable interior to adapt to different operational needs.
It can be purchased empty , with a pre-cut internal sponge (made up of a textured layer in the lid, a smooth base and an intermediate layer), with an internal nylon bag , or with an internal bag complete with dividers .

Technical features

• Ergonomic handle made of PP + SEBS , with steel pin , to offer a secure and comfortable grip even in harsh conditions

• Automatic valve that independently regulates the internal pressure of the suitcase

• Internal O-ring in expanded EPDM , which guarantees a total watertight seal

• Ultra-resistant locking hooks , with double-phase mechanism : ensures smooth opening and closing, preventing accidental opening in the event of impact

• Reinforced corners , designed to effectively resist impacts and falls

Patented materials

The structure is made with a special patented mix , composed of TTX01 polypropylene , glass fibre and rubber , combined with PA66 , SEBS , PA66GF30 , aluminium and stainless steel .

Certifications and resistance

The TTX01 material guarantees excellent resistance to impacts, drops and pressure , maintaining performance even in extreme environments.
Certified temperature range : -40°C to +80°C ( -40°F to +176°F ).

Upon request, it is possible to order UL-94 V-0 cases, certified for flame resistance according to the international standards Underwriters Laboratories (with minimum quantity).

The HPRCPF-006-01 panel frame , designed for the HPRC2500 case, allows you to transform it into a large, solid and portable work base .
