Lightweight resin suitcase, completely watertight and indestructible , with customizable interior .

The resin suitcase is designed to protect and transport delicate or valuable items, offering superior protection against impacts, drops and pressure.
It is ideal for those looking for a safe and reliable transport solution, especially for objects sensitive to shocks or extreme environmental conditions.

Available in three configurations:

• empty

• with pre-cut internal sponge (dimpled layer in the lid, smooth and intermediate base)
  

• with internal bag complete with dividers

Main features

• Ergonomic handle in PP + SEBS , with steel pin for a comfortable, solid and safe grip

• Automatic valve that regulates the internal air pressure according to the external environment

• Expanded EPDM O-ring , which ensures a complete watertight seal

• Ultra-resistant locking hooks , with a double-phase system that guarantees fluidity of use and prevents opening in the event of a fall

• Reinforced side corners , designed for superior impact resistance

Patented materials

The suitcase is made with a special patented mix composed of:

• polypropylene TTX01

• fiberglass

• eraser

• PA66 , SEBS , PA66GF30

• stainless steel

This mix ensures maximum protection with minimum weight .
HPRC cases are up to 20% lighter than the competition, offering concrete advantages in terms of transport, handling and shipping costs .

Resistance and certifications

Thanks to the TTX01 material, the suitcases are highly resistant to shocks, impacts and pressure , maintaining their properties even in extreme weather conditions.
Certified temperature range: -40°C to +80°C ( -40°F to +176°F ).

Upon request, it is possible to produce cases compliant with the UL-94 V-0 standard, relating to flame resistance , according to the criteria established by Underwriters Laboratories (with minimum order quantity).
