Collection: Bottom opening containers

openable-bottom containeris the most efficient solution for the movement and disposal of metal scraps, shavings, or processing waste. Thanks to the release system (manual or by rope from the mule's cabin), it allows emptying the contents directly into collection bins or compactors without the operator having to get off the vehicle.

This process significantly reduces unloading times, eliminates the risks of manual movement-related injuries, and ensures a clean and organized management of production areas, increasing the overall productivity of the line.

The adoption of openable-bottom containers in stainless steelIt is crucial when moving wet cutting tools, corrosive substances, or when operating in high-hygiene sectors (food/chemical). Stainless steel, unlike galvanized iron, resists corrosion caused by residual liquids, does not rust, and allows for deep sanitization.

Our custom production, unique in Italy, ensures that the opening mechanism remains fluid and reliable over time, even after intense washing cycles, protecting your investment from natural chemical wear on materials.

Safety is the fundamental requirement in the management of industrial metal containers. To minimize the risk of accidents, it is essential to use cable-operated opening systems that can be controlled from the elevator car cabin, keeping the operator at a safe distance. Additionally, our containers are equipped with mechanical locking systems that prevent accidental opening during transport.

For a compliant work environment (D.Lgs. 81/08), we recommend regularly checking the integrity of the bottom hinges and closure systems, ensuring that the container is always positioned correctly on the mule's center of gravity before the discharge maneuver.
