Withdrawal and After-sales

Important premise

To ensure prompt and effective assistance, any requests for withdrawal, replacement or complaint must be submitted no later than 14 working days from receipt of the goods .

If you have any problems with the goods received, please:

  1. Write an email to info@mayermoover.com , specifying the reason for the return request.

  2. In case of defects or damage, please attach clear and detailed photographs of the problem .

  3. After verification, Mayermoover will email you instructions for picking up your used goods.

  4. Once the replacement product is available, you will receive an email notification with the estimated delivery date.

Please note: We remind you that it is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods upon delivery , as indicated on the Checking goods upon unloading page.


Withdrawal and Contractual Conditions

1.1. Buyer's right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract for a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the day they acquire physical possession of the goods. Requests for withdrawal after this deadline will not be considered , as they are incompatible with the logistics processes adopted by Mayermoover Srl.

1.2. Request Method
The withdrawal request must be communicated in writing to Mayermoover Srl using one of the following methods:

  • Registered mail with return receipt

  • Email info@mayermoover.com
    A copy of the purchase document must be attached to the request.

1.3. Costs
The shipping costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the consumer , which will be automatically deducted from the amount to be refunded.

1.4. Refund times and methods
The refund will be made within 14 business days of notification of withdrawal , net of the penalty indicated above. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

1.5. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is expressly excluded in the following cases:

  • Personalized Products: The products purchased have been clearly personalized;

  • Products that have been custom made;

  • Products for which the exclusion of the right of withdrawal is expressly provided for in the relevant Product Sheet;

  • The consumer specifically requested a visit from the Mayermoover professional for the purpose of carrying out urgent repair or maintenance work.

1.6. Withdrawal for Consumer Buyers
Pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the Buyer classified as a "Consumer" has the right to withdraw from the purchase, without having to provide a reason and net of the penalty set out in point 1.3 , within 14 days of receiving the products .
In this case, the conditions set out above remain valid, to the extent compatible with current legislation.
