Creating your own Mayermoover account is very useful for managing your subscription to one or more products and also for having the situation of your orders under control.

Creating it is very simple. Just click on the little man icon at the top of the site where the menu is and then click on Create Account at the bottom.

The Create Account page will open in which we will have to enter our Name, Surname, Email and Password and finally click on Create. You will receive an email confirming the creation of your account and you will be able to immediately check the status of your orders.

You can change the shipping address for your orders by logging into your Mayermoover account. To do this, simply click on the little man on the top right of the site (both from a PC and a smartphone) and enter your email address (the one used during the purchase phase) and the password for your account.

At this point in "Account Details" click on the "View Addresses" button and we can modify/delete an address entered in the past, or we can add a new shipping address associated with our account. If you no longer remember your account password, just click on "Forgot your password?", enter your account email and immediately receive the email to choose a new password.

At this point repeat the procedure to access the account and follow the instructions above. If the account has not yet been created, just click on "Create Account" and enter the required data and then click on "Create" and log in then to our account and follow the instructions above..

You can find orders placed in the past by logging into your Mayermoover account. To do this, simply click on the little man on the top right of the site (both from a PC and a smartphone) and enter your email address (the one used during the purchase phase) and the password for your account. We will find the details of all the orders placed up to that moment.

If you no longer remember your password, just click on "Forgot your password?", enter your account email and immediately receive the email to be able to choose a new password.
