Mayermoover tipping buckets are the ideal tool for all companies that need to move waste, scraps and scrap. Thanks to their reinforced structure, they guarantee durability and ease of use over time.

Thanks to the double forklift, the Mayermoover tipping buckets can be forklifted using a forklift.

All Mayermoover containers are made using materials of S235JR quality or higher, guaranteeing traceability and related certifications. The materials of our containers are purchased from historic companies that operate in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard.

To ensure reliability and retain our customers we can offer the following options:

• Branding by cold stamping of your company brand.
• Tag holder in A4 or A5 formats (painted or galvanized).
• Self-adhesive labeling with tare and hectogram indication.
• Dealer brand sticker.
• Removable or hinged lid
• Vulkollan wheels application

Mayermoover buckets are supplied with nylon wheels (2 fixed and 2 swivelling), chain and safety snap hook.

To comply with safety standards, the operator can unload the bucket while remaining seated in the driver's seat of the forklift, activating the release lever using the appropriate cable.

In addition, it is offered as an option, if required:

• 3/4″ inch cock for draining excess liquid (mounted vertically or horizontally on bucket).
• Grid that can be combined with a tap or plug for oil filtering.
• Watertight with drain cock and settling grid.

The aforementioned container is classified as an interchangeable accessory pursuant to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, implemented in Italy with Legislative Decree 27/10/2010, no. 17; for this reason it is supplied with CE marking, declaration of conformity, safety labeling and use and maintenance manual.

Thanks to the flexibility of the technical office and production, we are able to provide you with customized solutions to your measure and liking.

Upon your request, we are able to provide different types of finishes, including: epoxy powder coating, single/two-component liquid coating, cold-dip galvanizing or hot-dip galvanizing.

Any RAL color is available (to be agreed based on quantities).
