Characteristics

TAC FIX glue for marble is a solvent-free, fast-hardening, single-component polyurethane adhesive which reacts with atmospheric humidity. Once curing is complete, it becomes a very tough structural adhesive with an important bonding strength and high resistance to water, temperature, aging and atmospheric agents. Thanks to its filling properties, it is indicated in curb applications. As temperature and humidity increase, curing times decrease.

How to glue on metal, wood and marble with TAC-FIX

TAC-FIX marble glue is a polyurethane glue ideal for gluing wood, stone, concrete, insulating panels, granite marble and bricks.

It is used for the assembly of false door and window frames, the caulking of aluminum frames, the assembly of wooden furniture and frames, the installation of thresholds and window sills, the installation of boxes in electrical systems. The structural assembly marble glue for all building materials.

Ideal for gluing quickly and structurally while resisting water, where a quick mechanical setting is required.

TAC FIX is effective for:

How to use

Always consult the safety data sheet before using the product

• The surfaces to be bonded must be perfectly clean, dry, free from dust, grease, oil and debris
• Apply the TAC FIX marble glue to one of the two surfaces using the GUN7 extrusion gun and distribute it evenly over the surface with a spatula
• The high viscosity of the product keeps the elements to be glued in the right position. The use of clamps is recommended
• To obtain the best performance it is important to apply a very thin layer of Tac fix marble glue between the various materials to be glued
• By slightly wetting the bead or surfaces, the adhesive becomes more reactive and cure time is accelerated
• Once the application is finished, clean the tools used with acetone or solvent. Once hardened, the product can only be removed mechanically
• Avoid contact with skin using latex, rubber or polyethylene gloves
• Keep marble glue out of the reach of children. If it comes into contact with skin, remove immediately and wash with soap and water.
