General information
The Mayermoover collection tank for 3 x 1000 liter IBC tanks, in RAL 2004 finish (pure orange), is designed to offer safe and efficient containment of large volumes of dangerous or polluting liquids. The bright orange color allows for immediate visual identification in storage areas, improving operational safety.
This model is aimed at professional contexts where they are required high standards of environmental safety, such as industrial plants, agricultural companies, chemical sectors and logistics platforms.
Reinforced construction with simplified maintenance
The container container for IBC is built in S235JR carbon steel with thickness 3 mm (30/10). The frame is reinforced to guarantee the structural capacity of the three 1000 liter tanks. Le hot-dip galvanized and removable grates facilitate cleaning and periodic inspection.
Each specimen is subjected to electronic leak checks to guarantee the absence of leaks, in compliance with European safety regulations.
All materials are UNI EN ISO 9001 certified, with guaranteed traceability and production carried out according to UNI standards.

Storage and Retention Guide
What does the law say?
As established by Legislative Decree 19/05/1999 n. 152, modified by Legislative Decree 2000 n. 258, containment basins must have a minimum capacity equal to at least the largest of the containers stored e in any case not less than 1/3 of the total volume of the dangerous substances present. In areas subject to aquifer protection, the legislation requires that the entire stored volume be contained within the collection tank (100% of the volume).
⚠️ Attention:
This rule does not apply to the storage of used oil, for which the law expressly requires a containment tank equal to 100% of the stored volume, regardless of other considerations.
To better clarify the practical application of these rules, below are two examples with explanatory data:

| Parameter | Example 1 | Example 2 |
|---|---|---|
| Total substances stored | 1500 litres | 3600 litres |
| 1/3 of the total | 500 litres | 1200 litres |
| Larger container | 700 litres | 1000 litres |
| Minimum capacity required | 700 litres (being 700 > 500) |
1200 litres (being 1000 < 1200) |
