General information
The Mayermoover containment tank is the product specifically designed for environmental protection and workplace safety, complying with all European legal regulations.
Carbon steel collection tanks are the ideal solution to prevent spills of polluting and dangerous liquids in work environments and aquifers.
Thanks to the inclined support, it is possible to carry out decanting, dosing up to the complete emptying of the tank with complete simplicity and without additional manoeuvres.
All this allows:
- greater efficiency: reduction of transfer times;
• maximum safety: it is no longer necessary to operate the tank.
Thanks to an accurate quality control, all the tanks must pass several tightness tests to guarantee the reliability of the product. According to the regulations, hot-dip galvanized and pressed gratings are used, in order to guarantee the load capacity and durability over time.
All Mayermoover containers are made using S235JR or higher quality materials, guaranteeing traceability and related certifications. The materials for our containers are purchased from historic companies that operate in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001.
Upon request, we are able to provide different types of finishes, including: epoxy powder coating, single/two-component liquid coating, cold galvanizing or hot galvanizing.
Any RAL colour available (to be agreed upon based on quantities).
Tub features:
• All collection tanks are made of carbon steel with a thickness of 30/10 equivalent to 3 mm;
• The welds are electronically checked to ensure a perfect watertight seal;
• The dimensions and related measurements are all made according to UNI parameters;
• They are equipped with forklift entry for simple and effective lifting and transport with forklifts;
• They are produced only with the highest quality raw materials, guaranteeing excellent resistance and durability over time even for the most aggressive substances;
