Corner crash barrier with intermediate crosspiece - 520 x 520 x 900h mm

The corner crash barrier with intermediate crossbar 520 x 520 x 900h mm is an impact protection designed to secure corners, edges, and end of aisles with more comprehensive shielding compared to the standard version. The L-shaped configuration protects on two sides, while the intermediate crossbar reduces "uncovered" areas and increases its effectiveness as an anti-collision and anti-trauma system in areas with frequent movement.

Made entirely of steel, with compact shapes and rounded profiles without sharp edges, it is suitable for protecting pedestrian walkways, machinery and systems, as well as walls and exposed infrastructures. Serial production ensures consistency over time. High-visibility finishes clearly signal the obstacle and help prevent accidental impacts, in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 81 of 9 April 2008 – Annex XXVIII. The solution is also modular, combinable with other crash barriers and posts to create continuous or perimeter protections.

Fastening system

The impact protection ensures very high impact resistance. Fixing is done to the floor with chemical injection binder.
Installation involves: drilling the hole, cleaning, applying the chemical anchor, inserting the sleeve; once hardened, the protection is fixed with screws.

The product requires 6 floor fixing systems (not included). Compatible with M10x90, M10, and CH8x100 anchors.
