Description
The silicone heating base for 1000-litre IBC containers allows the product to be heated from the bottom of the container, facilitating the discharge of viscous or semi-solid substances and helping to reduce material waste.
Made from strong and durable silicone, it is designed to support the weight of a fully loaded IBC container. It is compatible with various types of IBC containers, including those from the Schütz, GNX, Mauser, Werit and Greif brands.
The heater has a power output of 2700 W and is equipped with a PT100 sensor and an external digital DigiTherm temperature controller, included as standard, with a control range of 0 to 150 °C. The protection rating is IP64 for the heating base and IP54 for the temperature controller.
The heating base is installed on the bottom of the IBC frame, beneath the container. The 1.5-metre power cable is supplied without a plug.
To improve heating efficiency and minimise heat loss, it is recommended to use it with an insulating cover for IBC containers.
