Description
The Kuhlmann Electro Heat base heater for 1000-litre IBC containers heats the container contents from below using heating panels inserted beneath the IBC, between the pallet feet. The panels are secured with tensioning straps that hold them flush against the bottom of the container.
It is suitable for increasing or maintaining the temperature of viscous or heat-sensitive products, helping to keep them pumpable and facilitating emptying operations while reducing product residue inside the container.
The device features an integrated digital DigiTherm temperature controller, with a set temperature, step timer, and slow heating function. The controller reads a type K thermocouple and displays the temperature in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit.
The heater can be used on its own or combined with an insulating or heating cover, lid, or tarp to improve performance and reduce heat loss.
