Grid Cargo Fold 700, the first cargo pallet with collapsible walls available with wheels, specific for the agri-food sector, is completely foldable, allows you to save 63% in volume in the case of empty containers to be transported or in the warehouse: a stack of 8 closed containers is as tall as a stack of 3 open containers. The special white polyamide wheels, fixed to the base of the Cargo, include special hot-dip galvanized steel crosspieces to ensure load holding and stability and allow use with heavy loads, up to 600 kg. The models for food use are equipped with rounded holes with internal curvature radius, in order not to damage the most delicate goods. Ultra-smooth and easily washable walls and bottom guarantee maximum hygiene. The overlapping of the Cargo Fold 700 is ensured by 4 cylinder/spherical pins obtained directly from the mold on the upper part of the container, which fit into appropriate seats obtained on the bottom of the feet/bars of the container itself. The 35 mm recess ensures maximum safety and stability of the overlap. In HDPE, PP or RPP, it is free of metal inserts and totally recyclable. Feet, hinges and black bolts are immediately identifiable on the walls. The structure, which can be completely disassembled, allows for the rapid replacement of any damaged parts. The walls are designed for the label holder and can be customized with the company logo. Also available in the version with door.
