These unmistakably yellow stackable plastic boxes were designed and manufactured for the Automotive sector in the ODETTE (Organisation for Data Exchange by Tele Transmission in Europe) project launched in 1985 with the aim to create harmonized standards relating to containers for handling and transporting small volumes and quantities .
The project included a considerable number of important Italian and international companies, especially in the automotive sector. Precisely the close collaboration with the managers of the European automotive industries gave birth to this type of box.
