The painting of CONTAINEX containers is resistant to UV rays , corrosion and is made with an ecological process that guarantees their aesthetics and protection over time.
Treatments included as standard :

• Zinc phosphate treatment

• Cathodic dip coating (KTL)

• High quality powder finish

• Wide choice of colours via the RAL CTX table

Resistant floors, for every need

Wooden floor (standard):

• 21mm plywood

• Resin coating on both sides

• Resistant to dirt and moisture

Steel floor (optional):

• Riveted diamond plate

• Base thickness 3 mm + 1 mm almond

• Silicone joints for a perfect seal

Burglar protection and complete security

To protect your goods, you can count on a burglar-proof protection made of galvanized steel , which can also be easily mounted at a later time.
And if you want maximum safety, choose the complete kit with:

• Lock with locking cylinder

• 2 internal latches

• 4 recessed pins

• Simplified opening with “easy open”

Handling and transport

Containers can be moved with:

• Forklifts (min. forks 2 m long, 20 cm wide)

• Crane (minimum chain angle ≥ 60° from the horizontal)

• Frame with welded steel profiles, thickness from 2 to 3 mm

• Floor stringers made of U-profiles

• Front load-bearing beams bent outwards

• Forklift fork holes with steel profiles, thickness 2.5 mm

Wooden floor:

• Multilayer with synthetic coating, thickness 21 mm

• Waterproof

• Made watertight with elastic resin

Steel floor:

• Riveted chevron steel, base thickness 3 mm

• Thickness of almond paste 1 mm

Corner

Coverage:

Walls

• Vertical corrugated sheet, thickness 1.2 mm

• 4 side ventilation openings positioned under the roof frame

Doors

• Double door with rubber sealing gasket

• Opening angle approx. 270°

Coating:

• Horizontal corrugated sheet, thickness 1.2 mm

Closure:

• Special gear locking mechanisms

• In galvanized steel anchored with PVC thickness

Fixing:

• Hinges galvanized and welded to the door

Burglar protection:

• Construction steel, 6 mm thick

• Welded to LC doors, in container color

Movement

First hand:

• Polyester powder coating (facade quality)

• Average thickness 70 µm (min. 60 µm)
