General information
The Mayermoover double-bottom openable sheet metal container was designed to store, transport and empty all scraps or processing waste in a practical and fast way.
The above container is classified as an interchangeable accessory pursuant to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, implemented in Italy with Legislative Decree 27/10/2010, n. 17; for this reason it is supplied with CE marking, declaration of conformity, safety labelling and use and maintenance manual.
Thanks to the “ears” placed on the upper part of the leg, it is possible to overlap the container up to 4 shelves, significantly reducing the space taken up inside the warehouse.
Upon request, we are able to provide different types of finishes, including: epoxy powder coating, single/two-component liquid coating, cold galvanizing or hot galvanizing.
Any RAL colour available (to be agreed upon based on quantities).
To ensure reliability and retain our customers we can offer the following options:
- Cold stamping of your company logo.
- Card holder in A4 or A5 formats (painted or galvanized).
- Self-adhesive labelling with tare and hectogram indication.
- Retailer's adhesive brand.
- Removable or hinged lid
- Application of nylon or vulkollan wheels on a special frame
Thanks to the robust structure and the increased thickness of the sheet metal compared to traditional containers, the capacity is 2000 kg.
The Mayermoover open-bottom container can be moved using a forklift or a crane.
The container is equipped with a safety lock that prevents the operation of the discharge lever. Each container is subjected to strict controls, during production and subsequently, this allows us to offer our customers a safe and certified container.
